MIND DESIGN is a professional and multidisciplinary architectural design company. It is founded in Hong Kong in 2018, followed by new offices in Xiamen and Xi'an the following year. As a design-led company, MIND strives to find the best solution for every project and user. We respect and value the balance among society, economy, culture, and environment in various regions, and face each project with a global perspective and professional attitude. The firm works at diverse scales, from the design of individual buildings to the planning of cities. Mr. Yandi Zhu has over 10 years of professional design experience. He has worked for Atkins, ECADI, and the world's top ten architectural design companies Aedas. Mr. Zhu studied at the University of Cambridge, UK and gained a master degree. He has obtained one international and seven national awards in various architectural design competitions. He has rich and professional design experience especially in large-scale mixed-use, retail, office and star hotel projects. In addition, with many years of project development experience, Mr. Zhu specialize in assisting developers to find suitable development and operation models from the perspective of clients, and providing efficient and high-quality solutions.
朱延迪先生拥有超过10年的专业设计工作经验。先后就职于全球十大建筑设计公司Aedas香港总部、英国Atkins、上海华东建筑设计研究总院。硕士毕业于英国剑桥大学，在多项建筑设计竞赛中屡获殊荣，其中包含一系列国际国内建筑设计大奖。朱先生负责或参与设计了一系列大型重点项目，在大型综合体、商业零售、超高层办公及星级酒店类型项目，有着丰富且专业的设计经验。另外，凭借着多年的项目开发经验，朱先生更擅长以开发商的角度协助其找到合适的开发及运营模式，通过资源整合为业主提供高效优质的解决方案。

Echo ZHONG's project won the Bronze Ear Prize, was also invited to be exhibited in Japan and Portugal, and published in many international professional journals. In 2014, she won 'the Best Professional Award' in 'the Best Landscape Projects of 2014 for Young Architect under 35' competition held by Portugal Premier Architectural Journal. She has worked in Arata Isozaki and Associates in Shanghai, AIM Architecture and IO DESIGN in Hong Kong. She has cooperated with international diversified design team for long term. The projects she has been involved in mainly are public buildings. From the conceptual design, to detail design, extended to the curations and operations, she has deeply participated in all stages of design process.
钟秋莹女士设计作品获UCL杰出设计青铜耳奖'Bronze Ear' Prize，并受邀于日本、葡萄牙等国展出，屡次发表于国际专业刊物。2014年获葡萄牙Premio Architectural Journal小于35岁青年建筑师环境设计竞赛最佳专业奖。她先后就职于日本建筑大师矶崎新上海工作室、AIM Architecture、香港IO DESIGN。长期与国际化多元化的设计团队协同工作，项目尺度大到城市规划小至室内设计，建筑项目以公共建筑见长，功能涵盖音乐厅、美术馆、博物馆、文体商综合场馆、办公、酒店等。深入参与从前期策划、概念设计，到深化设计、建造过程，延伸至策展运营的建筑全周期各项工作。

Anthony Lau has over 16 years of professional experience working for international architectural firms. He is an all rounded architect with solid practical experience from design to construction. His works footprint has covered Canada, Hong Kong and PRC. He has a wealth of on-site experience knowledge which enables him to resolve issues on the ground. Anthony also specialised in curtain wall and building envelope design. He has strong ability on production of tender packages including drawings, specification, coordination and liaise with consultants and client, and project administration and contract management including shop drawings approval, site coordination and issuances of various certificates. He is also experienced in project site coordination and contract administration.
刘镇东先生拥有超过16年建筑设计的专业国际工作经验。他熟悉从设计到施工的各个阶段，有着在加拿大、中国大陆和香港的丰富项目经验。刘先生本科毕业于加拿大卡尔顿大学，之后在加拿大从事住宅地产开发与设计工作。随后于香港大学深造，取得硕士学位之后，于2010年加入Aedas HK，从事大型高端商业综合体项目设计及深化工作。擅长幕墙系统设计、建筑立面设计、合同管理、施工现场设计及与各施工方的沟通协调。
